Employee Assistance Programs (EAPs) are professional, and confidential counselling services for work-related or personal problems that are provided by external, registered professional staff with clinical experience.

EAPs are provided as a service paid for by the employer, to their employees, whereby the employees are able to refer themselves, or be referred by their supervisor for professional support.

Counselling is undertaken on a voluntary basis and can be sought for a wide range of work related or personal issues.
